Returns

Return any unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise within 7 days of the order delivery date and you will be refunded to the original form of payment. Returns made after 7 days of the order delivery date confirmed by your tracking number cannot be refunded.

  1. Contact us via email support@zoodo.shop. Please provide us with your order number and brief description to explain the reason for the return.
  1. After receiving and approving the return, the credit and/or exchange will be issued within 2-3 working days. Items must be returned intact, with all attached labels. Items that appear to have been worn, washed, damaged or sent without return authorization do not meet the credit or exchange conditions and will be returned to the sender.
  1. We have warehouses in different countries around the world! If you want to return the items to the nearest return address, please contact us via email support@zoodo.shop and our customer service representatives will get back to you within 24 hours.
  1. Use a traceable and insured shipping method to return the package, and clearly print your order number on the shipping label.
  1. When processing your return, we will send it to you via email: support@zoodo.shop.
  1. After processing the return, please wait 24-72 hours so that the bank can credit the refund to your payment method.

Please note: Zoodo does not bear any return fees, or returns that are lost or stolen in transit.
